How does it work?

A comprehensive functional assessment of behaviour will be completed. Based on the outcome of this assessment Action Potential will design an individualised Behaviour Support Plan. How does it work?

Action Potential works with clients to identify their personal goals for therapy. After an initial assessment an individualised treatment plan will be developed. Sessions will be focused on working together collaboratively to help clients understand their issue, learn new coping strategies, achieve meaningful change and meet their therapy goals.
